Do you offer professional binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional mounting for all ski and binding purchases. You will be prompted to provide your boot sole length, weight, and ability level during the checkout process to ensure a safe and accurate setup.
What is your return policy for technical outerwear?
We accept returns on all unworn gear with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and custom-fitted boots are final sale.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Oversized items like skis and snowboards are packed in reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Does THE SKI MONSTER offer a price match guarantee?
Absolutely. If you find an identical, in-stock item at an authorized US retailer for a lower price, we will match it. Contact our support team with a link to the product to initiate a price match.
Can I visit a physical location for a boot fitting?
Yes, we have a flagship showroom where our master bootfitters provide custom shell molding and footbed fabrication. We recommend booking an appointment online in advance.
