At THE SKI MONSTER, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the equipment is in new, unused condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
